• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase.
• Return Conditions: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• How to Begin: Email us at bleuriverbeauty@gmail.com with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and reviewed, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
